VRŠAC-SRBIJA-Visoka škola za obrazovanje vaspitača „Mihailo Palov“, 2019-25. Međunarodni naučni skup o darovitosti.
Višegodišnja saradnja sa Visokom školom za obrazovanje vaspitača, od 2005 godine, temelji se na obostranoj uspješnoj saradnji kroz aktivno učešće na naučnim skupovima o darovitosti i kreativnosti, kroz objavljivanje radova u Zbornicima ove prestižne visokoškolske institucije iz Vršca i kroz partnerstvo, suorganizaciju prve Međunarodne konferencije“Darovitost, edukacija darovitih, Inovacije i Kreativnost u obrazovanju i psihologiji“, 2018. godine u Banjoj Luci. Visoka škola „M.Palov“ do sada je organizovala 25 Međunarodnih naučnih skupova o darovitosti, okupivši mnogobrojene učesnike i z cijelog svijeta. Izuzetno zalaganje i temelj u viziji ovog složenog fenomena, sa očuvanjem tradicije i kulture uz uvažavanje savremenih dostignuća u ovoj oblasti pripada akademik prof. dr Grozdanki Gojkov, Srpska akademija obrazovanja, Beograd i dugogodišnjem direktoru prestižne Visoke škole Mihailo Palov, Vršac.

The 1st Alps-Danube-Adria Symposium on Excellence in Education will take place in Paris, during the 16th ICIE conference on Excellence, Innovation, & Creativity in Basic-Higher Education. This regional symposium aims to provide experts with a forum for sharing knowledge and presentation of their current research and best practice examples. Another important goal is networking of international experts and addressing contemporary trends and issues in the broad field of education.
To facilitate the international and regional exchange of ideas and information, the Symposium will accommodate two sections:
Section 1: ADA English language section will focus on broader professional, organisational and social issues of excellence in education, in line with conference topics, including (but not limited to) creativity, innovation, educational technology, innovative learning environments, teaching and instruction of children with special needs for attention such as potentially gifted students.
Section 2: ADA Regional languages section (including, but not limited to Slovenian, Croatian and Serbian languages) will focus on regional aspects of the same topics with special focus on creativity, innovations and centres of excellence in education.
Development of regional editions of the EPoC test of potential creativity from the perspective of policymakers, local municipal and regional authorities, centres of excellence and schools will be presented, allowing for further support and networking opportunities.
Dr. Ljiljana Krneta was born in Bugojno, Bosnia and Herzegovina, finished elementary school and high school there, and in the 1977 received the title of Professor of Pedagogy and Psychology at the University of Sarajevo.
At the University of Srpsko Sarajevo at the Faculty of Philosophy in 1999 defended the master's thesis entitled "Psychosocial factors as determinants of success of students in school” and was awarded the scientific degree of Master of Science.
Doctoral dissertation, entitled "Characteristics of students as a factor in the perception of the working efficiency of the teacher”, defended in 2010 at the University of East Sarajevo and acquired a scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
She took part in many scientific and professional conferences throughout the region with written contributions, and was a reviewer of a number of different works from preschool education, developmental and educational psychology. She worked in elementary school and preschool education as an educator / pedagogic specialist and psychologist and as a youth counselor .
In the postwar period, she was engaged in mitigating the consequences of the war-traumatized children and adolescents.
She is currently employed at the University of Banja Luka, Faculty of Political Sciences.
She has published four books including:
- Students personality and their perceptions of teachers working efficiency , (2010) monography
-Factors of School Success (2000) monography
- Integration-one possible experiment-UNDP-UNOPS (1999), co-author
- Politics and the Life (2001) co-authored and, 25 chapters in international journals and over 80 scientific papers.
She is President of the Association Together in Europe. She has participated in various international scientific conferences (30) and international scientific meetings in the region and in the EU on the subject of gifted, giving an active contribution to the popularization of current theoretical paradigms and their application in science.

Udruženje Zajedno u Evropu u saradnji sa ICIE, Međunarodnim centrom za inovacije u obrazovanju, Ulm, Njemačka, Visokom školom za obrazovanje vaspitača Miahilo Palov, Vršac, Srbija i Nezavisnim Univerzitetetom, Banja Luka, BiH organizovalo je prvu Međunarodnu konferenciju u Banjoj Luci (25-27.10.2018.). Medijski pokrovitelj Međunarodne konferenecije u Banjoj Luci bio je JS RTRS (fb Holistički pristupi obrazovanju). Neposredno prije Međunarodne konferencije, Udruženje je organizovalo i Trening EPoC-Test potencijalne kreativnosti, 23-25.10.2018. u saradnji sa Međunarodnim centrom za inovacije u obrazovanju, Ulm, Njemačka. Prvi inovativni trening EPoC, održan je u hotelu Bosna, banja Luka, BiH ,a voditelj Treninga EPoC, je bio prof. dr Taisir Subhy Yamin, generalni direktor ICIE, ULM i prof. dr istraživač na Univerzitetu Paris Descartes.

...Sve čestitke dr Igoru Četojeviću, priznatom stručnjaku i ljekaru, koji se zalaže za holistički pristup liječenja svakog pojedinačnog čovjeka, pacijenta, primjenjujući veliko znanje i bogato iskustvo. Ono što fascinira kod dr Četojevića je jednostavnost u objašnjenju složenog energetskog organizma svakog čovjeka, uvažavajuci saznanja moderne medicine, prirode, okruženja u kojem čovjek živi, kulture, tradicije i ponaosob emocionalnosti i duhovnosti.
Osoben ljudski pristup svakom čovjeku, želja za razumijevanjem samog sebe i osvješćivanjem o kvaliteti ljudskog bivstvovanja, su putokazi koji ovom darovitom stručnjaku i nadasve čovjeku, koji zeli da približi medicinu i zdravlje svakom čovjeku, imponira.
